Adorning a historic apartment in immaculate white to reveal the full refinement of its renovation.
Simple, confident elegance
The living room, the beating heart of the apartment, has been renovated to give full expression to the owner’s love of gastronomy. The open-plan kitchen is designed to be highly functional while blending seamlessly with Joao’s chosen aesthetic: a subtle mix of classic Parisian codes and cosy retro style. Distinctive Haussmannian features appear throughout, from ceiling roses to traditional herringbone parquet flooring. Colour comes into play in the more private spaces, enveloping the bathroom in a deep green and the hallway in a velvety terracotta.
The iconic detail
Custom masonry work makes the storage appear seamlessly integrated into the walls. Niches and shelving add depth and character to the reception room, offering a fresh take on pared-back minimalism.

More than just a fashionable address, Le Marais embodies a timeless art of living and remains one of the capital’s most sought-after neighbourhoods: a place that invites you to stay for a week, a year, or a lifetime.
