The Parisian dream often begins with an apartment. For Isabelle and Andrea, it is the Paris of the 1930s that comes to life in their new pied-à-terre. Welcome to their home.
Based abroad, Isabelle and Andrea remain deeply connected to the French capital. For this second residence, they wished to combine investment with heritage restoration, elevating a place steeped in history. A challenge met with success, thanks to our network of exceptional artisans.
Each room echoes the monumentality and verticality of Art Deco design. From the dramatic charcoal parquet entrance to bespoke stained glass windows, from the furniture to the strict elegance of metal doors, the atmosphere feels theatrical without ever turning nostalgic. A warm palette of beiges, yellows and browns brings a more welcoming dimension to a space designed for both family life and entertaining.
Subtly separated from the living room, the dining area is framed by hand-painted original wood panelling, offering a contemporary boudoir spirit.
The Porte-Dauphine neighbourhood offers the luxury of not having to choose: on one side, the Bois de Boulogne — the great green lung of western Paris — on the other, the tireless Avenue Victor Hugo with its many shops. A preserved and exclusive part of the 16th arrondissement, where every building conceals architectural treasures.
