Chloé sought a compact apartment brimming with value-added potential. In a neighbourhood she particularly loves, just a short stroll from Nouvelle-Athènes, our real estate project managers sourced the rare jewel.

A Seventies interlude

Just beyond the threshold, the gaze is instantly captured by a boldly pop universe. Its visual identity revealed through a generous palette — from khaki green to mustard yellow, with accents of deep claret red. The experience becomes almost sensory: the silky pile of the hide rug answers the concave tiles of the kitchen backsplash, while the bright chrome of the pendant lights mirrors the softness of the velvet banquettes.

The iconic detail

“Optimise and elevate” — that was the mandate behind the bespoke storage wall that stretches from the entrance to the living corner. Wrapped in geometric patterns that resemble textile weaving, this design piece anchors the apartment’s bold character with elegance.
