This is the story of a love at first sight. Alex instantly fell for a top-floor apartment offering, from its windows, one of the most breathtaking panoramas in Paris. A light-filled retreat above the rooftops, chosen with the heart. Welcome to his home.
For his first real estate investment, Alex was looking for comprehensive support — one that could balance architectural ambition with a demanding professional life. From the property search to final delivery, just a few months were enough to transform this independent studio into a bespoke retreat, thoughtfully designed around his lifestyle.
Comfort, warmth and functionality were the guiding principles behind the design of Alex’s apartment. The interior favours soft curves, expressed both in the architectural lines and in the bespoke furniture, and draws inspiration from mid-century modern design through a palette of warm reds and beiges. The generous ceiling height is subtly enhanced, allowing the living space to feel open, airy and serene.
To fully embrace the uninterrupted view of the Iron Lady, a custom-made bench was designed beneath the living room window. A discreet yet striking feature that blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, and invites moments of quiet contemplation.
The Gros-Caillou neighbourhood embodies the essence of the 7th arrondissement: wide, stately avenues, embassies and the Champ de Mars. A Paris of quiet confidence, bordered by the Seine and shaped by a refined art de vivre. Central yet vibrant, the area appeals to those who favour a more hushed daily rhythm over the energy of the Right Bank, finding comfort in the timeless elegance of Haussmannian architecture.
