The Duplex

The magic begins on the fourth floor of an early twentieth-century building. Spanning 316 m² across two levels, the duplex reveals an unconventional layout. Expansive reception rooms, designed with sophisticated neo-classical influences, are balanced by private spaces tucked beneath the eaves, intimate retreats elevated by exposed original timber beams.

An elegant marble bar adorned with constellation motifs takes centre stage in the living room, a subtle nod to the glamour of the Roaring Twenties, when Paris was a celebration in itself.

Originally conceived as an extension of the Tuileries Garden for leisurely strolls, the Champs-Élysées gradually earned its reputation as one of the world's most prestigious addresses, lined with remarkable residences. To this day, the neighbourhood remains a showcase of Parisian elegance and society, while welcoming visitors from across the globe who come to experience its legendary avenue.
