From the moment you step inside, the tone is set: built-in storage, effortless flow and a layout designed down to the smallest detail. The centrepiece? A “cube” kitchen, conceived as the true focal point of the first level of this duplex. Semi-open to the living room, it defines the space while maintaining a warm, sociable atmosphere. Warm wood, touches of powder pink and a black granite worktop create a subtle balance between softness and character. A dedicated coffee and wine corner completes the design, inviting moments of sharing. The living spaces feature vintage fireplaces and bespoke glass partitions, restoring the apartment’s distinctive 1930s character. In the living room, carefully selected pieces include a Sarah Lavoine cabinet, Nobilis sofas, Madura curtains and a Samsung Frame TV. Tucked beneath the staircase behind a partition, a home office benefits from the natural light filtering through the glass panels, creating an ideal setting for working from home.

At the Saint-Ouen flea market, the couple fell in love with a rare Art Deco fireplace, which they carefully held on to until they could find the perfect setting for it. Too imposing for their previous apartment, it remained in storage, patiently waiting for its moment to shine.
