Some places never truly leave you. For William, it is the Champs-Élysées, discovered thirty years ago during his first trip to Paris. Today, the living tableau of the iconic avenue unfolds before him from his windows. Welcome to his home.
William’s Parisian dream was born across the Atlantic, where he resides. Having long been accustomed to the capital’s finest hotels, he sought to create a more intimate and welcoming setting for his family. Together with the teams at Maison Kyka, he set out in search of the perfect home.
The magic reveals itself on the fourth floor of an early 20th-century building. Spanning 316 sqm across two levels, the apartment unfolds with a distinctive layout. Generous reception rooms, designed with refined neo-classical influences, are complemented by more private spaces tucked beneath the eaves—true retreats enhanced by exposed original wooden beams.
In the living room, an elegant marble bar adorned with constellation-like patterns stands as a sculptural centerpiece—an understated nod to the opulence of the Roaring Twenties.
Originally conceived as an extension of the Tuileries gardens, designed for leisurely strolls, the Champs-Élysées gradually became home to some of the capital’s most prestigious residences. Today, the neighborhood remains home to Parisian society at its most refined, alongside visitors from around the world drawn to its storied avenue.
