At the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, take out your compass. Follow the southwest axis along one of the prestigious avenues of the 16th arrondissement. It is here that Charlotte chose to create her ideal Parisian cocoon. Welcome to her home.
Charlotte travels extensively for work. Whenever she is in Paris, she wishes to stay at the very heart of Parisian life, in a setting reminiscent of the hotel suites she loves so much. She therefore entrusted Maison Kyka with interpreting her refined taste and translating her passion for art within the walls of a comfortable apartment.
The apartment unfolds into a series of intimate spaces, composed around a palette of beiges, blues and blacks, each conceived as a poetic retreat. Every corner reveals a distinct identity, marked by a measured eclecticism and a subtle hint of classicism, at the crossroads of Art Deco and the modernism of the 1980s.
The triple reception room, bathed in natural light, opens onto the outdoors through a fully planted continuous balcony. From here, the Arc de Triomphe comes into view — also echoed in the living room through a work by Roberto G. Rida, drawn from the collections of the Maison Rapin art gallery.
In the heart of the 16th arrondissement, the Chaillot district embodies a discreet elegance, just steps away from Paris’s grand perspectives. Between the Trocadéro and its gardens opening onto the Eiffel Tower, and the distinguished avenues radiating towards the Arc de Triomphe, this emblematic neighbourhood blends architectural prestige with residential serenity. A sought-after address where private mansions, Haussmannian buildings and confidential spots compose a setting of rare harmony.
