After

After four years of renting an apartment she loved, Perrine had a revelation."I calculated how much I had paid my landlord, and I realized it was time for me to invest." With a strong savings ability and a desire to stay in Paris, she embarked on the big adventure of buying a property. Welcome to her home.

The meeting with Maison Kyka

Perrine initially tried on her own, visiting countless properties and facing disappointment. "I couldn’t imagine handling renovation work; it seemed like too much of a commitment." Then, she discovered Maison Kyka, and everything fell into place: a complete service, from the property search to handing over the keys. "What convinced me was the promise of sticking to my budget and achieving a tailored, optimized, and harmonious result."

An inspired universe

Perrine had vague ideas but one certainty: she wanted a bright, colorful space inspired by the Majorelle Garden, with accents of Klein blue, her favorite color. We created a personalized environment, incorporating her cherished artworks and maximizing every inch of her space. Custom storage, a closed dressing area, and clever modularity ensured a smooth daily routine.

The instant love

The first time Perrine visited her apartment with us, we had to uncover the hidden potential to turn it into the perfect living space. "The apartment was in its original state, everything needed to be redone. With Maison Kyka’s approach, I was able to visualize it." When she saw her finished apartment, the emotion was palpable. "It was stunning, absolutely me!" Every detail was in place, from the switches she would have never noticed before, to the fluid flow throughout the space.

The iconic detail

Handwoven cushions, sourced directly from Marrakech, bring an additional touch of escape to the apartment. This personal touch, curated by Bertille, the interior designer dedicated to the project, adds an even more unique character to the design. Today, Perrine enjoys her new home and favorite neighborhood. Her favorites? The Greek bistro Etsi, perfect for sharing dishes with friends. So, happy? "100%" she says with a radiant smile.

Clignancourt: Tradition and Renewal

A vibrant and authentic neighborhood, Clignancourt reveals a unique atmosphere, blending popular buzz with bohemian charm. Known for its legendary Saint-Ouen Flea Market, this Parisian enclave is a treasure trove for antique lovers searching for rare pieces and fascinating stories. But Clignancourt is also a lively, close-knit community, where young creatives mingle with longtime residents at its many sun-drenched terraces. With trendy spots and local businesses, this neighborhood offers a singular way of life, blending past and present.
