Frequently asked questions

How much does a Maison Kyka all-in-one experience cost?

With Maison Kyka, the acquisition and renovation of real estate is simplified into a personalized and accessible experience. You are free from the stress and hassles of looking for a property and coordinating a construction site before moving into your dream home. To carry out this project that is important to you, we therefore include in our operating costs real estate hunting, architectural design and the management of your site. The price of this service represents 5% of the value of the project (purchase price of the property + amount of work) and starts from €20,000. At Maison Kyka we want to create memorable experiences that are personalized down to the smallest detail. At each stage, we provide a range of high-end services and attentions to make your project fluid and peaceful.

How long does a Maison Kyka project last?

Once your offer is accepted, you will begin your first meetings with your dedicated interior architect to kick off the design phase of your project. There are usually three months between the purchase offer and the final deed of sale. We always do our best to shorten this timeframe. The duration of the renovation work depends on the size of your property. On average, we estimate between 3 and 6 months.

Is it possible to carry out a renovation without an acquisition?

Of course! We have created the Maison Kyka Studio offer, allowing you to redesign and renovate your property without going through the acquisition process. This service includes the design phase by our in-house studio, the execution of the renovation work, furnishing, and the creation of custom-made carpentry.
