A storyof passion and ambition
Following an experience abroad, Pierre Jasnin, founder of Maison Kyka, returned to Paris in 2015. He grew frustrated by the constraints of renting and wishing to truly settle down and build a nest, Pierre Jasnin and his partner bought their first property. Together, they renovated every corner of this apartment, with a focus on careful design, ultra-optimised layout, and superior comfort. Their goal was to design a space in their image, both functional and aesthetic, where every detail actively contributes to its occupants’ well-being.
Driven by his passion for real estate and remodelling, Pierre Jasnin built upon this momentum with other acquisition and renovation projects over the years. Each project expanded his and his partner’s expertise, perfecting their mastery of interior design and layout optimisation.
Fuelled by this experience and unwavering commitment to excellence, they decided to launch Maison Kyka: a company driven by passion, expertise and a deep desire to support those who dream of finding – and designing – the ideal home.
